By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. It explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We may collect information that you provide when you create or manage an account, contact us, subscribe to the Services, or request support. This may include your name, email address, account details, and communications with us.

We may collect payment and subscription information connected with your purchase of FalseGreen. Payments and subscription management may be handled by third-party payment providers, including Polar. We receive information needed to confirm and manage your subscription; payment card details are handled according to the payment provider’s privacy policy.

FalseGreen is a verification service for software development workflows. We may process information sent to the FalseGreen MCP service, including requests, project context, code-related inputs, tool calls, verification results, and related logs, in order to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services. Do not submit secrets, credentials, or personal information that is not necessary for a verification request.

We may use cookies and similar technologies to support authentication, remember preferences, understand usage, maintain security, and measure the effectiveness of the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling them may affect functionality.

  • create aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you.

How we share information

We may share information:

  • with service providers that help us operate the Site and Services, such as hosting, analytics, customer support, security, and payment providers;
  • when you direct us to share it or otherwise consent;
  • when necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a governmental request;
  • when necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, or property of the Company, our users, or others; or
  • in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Service providers may process information only to perform services for us and subject to appropriate obligations.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Services may be operated using service providers and infrastructure located in the United States or other countries. By using the Services, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in countries whose privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To make a request, contact us using the information above. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
