FalseGreen Job Service Order

Version 1.0 — August 27, 2026

This FalseGreen Job Service Order (“Service Order”) is entered into between StableThread, Inc., doing business as FalseGreen (“FalseGreen”) and the business identified as Customer in the applicable order or purchase record (“Customer”).

This Service Order incorporates the FalseGreen Engineering Services Agreement, Version 1.0 (“Agreement”). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Agreement.

1. Service

Customer is purchasing one FalseGreen Job.

A FalseGreen Job is one bounded, consequential software-verification engagement. Customer defines the required software outcome. FalseGreen establishes and freezes the acceptance boundary, independently verifies the exact implementation presented for the Job, records the observed evidence, and issues an Accepted, Failed, or Incomplete result with a durable report.

The Job is tied to the requirements, source identity, configuration, environment, checks, evidence, assumptions, and exclusions identified in the applicable FalseGreen Job Scope Record.

The Job is not a codebase-wide certification, security audit, compliance attestation, model certification, guarantee of correctness, or guarantee of successful production operation.

2. Fee

Total fixed fee: USD $2,999.

The full fee is due at checkout or through another ordering process that expressly identifies this Service Order. No recurring subscription or commitment to purchase another Job is created by this Service Order.

One fee covers one Job and one frozen acceptance boundary. A materially different objective, source, environment, requirement, or acceptance boundary requires a separate or amended Service Order.

3. Job Scope Record and Frozen Acceptance Boundary

3.1 Intake

Customer will provide the information reasonably necessary to define the Job, which may include:

• the intended software outcome and business consequence;
• the repository, branch, commit, artifact, infrastructure, configuration, or environment involved;
• required behavior, constraints, invariants, permissions, state changes, and failure conditions;
• relevant interfaces, dependencies, data, and operational assumptions;
• acceptance criteria and evidence requirements;
• available tests, build procedures, static checks, proof artifacts, logs, and inspection methods; and
• applicable restrictions on tools, environments, data, or external services.

3.2 FalseGreen Job Scope Record

FalseGreen will create or electronically provide a final FalseGreen Job Scope Record that identifies, as reasonably applicable:

1. the Job objective and consequential software boundary;
2. the exact source, artifact, configuration, or environment to which the Job applies;
3. required behavior, constraints, invariants, and failure conditions;
4. acceptance criteria and required evidence;
5. verification methods and environments;
6. material assumptions, dependencies, limitations, and exclusions;
7. Customer access and cooperation requirements; and
8. an immutable identifier, version, date, cryptographic hash, or other reasonably reliable unique identifier for the record.

3.3 Customer Confirmation and Freeze

Customer must affirmatively confirm the exact FalseGreen Job Scope Record before the coding agent begins the implementation to be judged under that Job, except where the record expressly identifies a pre-existing implementation as the fixed subject of verification.

Customer may confirm through an explicit web approval control, electronic signature, clear affirmative email approval, or another electronic process that reasonably demonstrates assent to the identified record. Silence, failure to object, or merely providing Customer Materials does not constitute confirmation.

Once confirmed, the FalseGreen Job Scope Record is frozen and becomes part of this Service Order. FalseGreen will preserve the record, its identifier, Customer’s confirmation, and the confirmation timestamp as described in the Agreement.

If scope confirmation occurs after purchase and FalseGreen declines the proposed Job before Substantive Performance begins, or the parties do not agree on a materially revised scope, the refund provisions in Sections 2.4 and 2.5 of the Agreement apply.

4. Customer Implementation

Unless the FalseGreen Job Scope Record expressly states otherwise, Customer’s personnel, contractor, coding agent, or other implementation system performs the software work.

FalseGreen does not become responsible for implementing, deploying, operating, or maintaining the Customer software merely because FalseGreen defines the acceptance boundary, provides repair feedback, or independently verifies the result.

Builder-side controls—including tests, continuous integration, static analysis, agent self-review, code review, and internal evaluations—remain Customer responsibilities unless the Job Scope Record expressly includes FalseGreen work related to a specific control.

5. Included Verification

Subject to the frozen FalseGreen Job Scope Record, FalseGreen will perform the independent verification work reasonably appropriate to the Job. This may include:

1. normalizing the required outcome into executable acceptance criteria;
2. validating and freezing the acceptance boundary;
3. identifying the exact source or artifact presented for verification;
4. preparing or configuring verification checks and environments;
5. executing behavioral tests, regression tests, builds, static analysis, proof checks, inspections, artifact checks, or other agreed methods;
6. evaluating criterion-level evidence outside the coding agent’s completion claim;
7. recording observed failures, limitations, and evidence gaps;
8. returning bounded repair feedback where applicable; and
9. preparing the result and durable report.

FalseGreen selects the methods reasonably appropriate to the frozen scope. A method’s inclusion does not convert the Job into a comprehensive audit of every property that method could potentially examine.

6. Result and Deliverables

FalseGreen will provide, as applicable:

• the frozen FalseGreen Job Scope Record;
• the Job result: Accepted, Failed, or Incomplete;
• criterion-level findings and observed evidence;
• the source or artifact identity FalseGreen verified;
• known limitations, exclusions, and insufficient-evidence conditions;
• bounded repair feedback where applicable; and
• a durable report or report record describing the scope, methods, evidence, result, and limitations.

Accepted means the evidence observed for the Job established the required criteria in the frozen acceptance boundary.

Failed means the evidence demonstrated that one or more required criteria were not satisfied.

Incomplete means the available evidence, access, environment, observability, or execution could not establish the complete frozen acceptance boundary.

Each result is bounded by the frozen scope and observed evidence. No result is a representation about software, source, configuration, environments, behavior, or changes outside that boundary.

7. Repair and Reverification

Where the FalseGreen workflow and frozen Job Scope Record make repair and reverification available, demonstrated failures may be returned to Customer’s coding agent or implementation team and a later implementation may be checked under the same frozen acceptance boundary.

Repair and reverification under the same Job do not include:

• requirements or acceptance criteria added after freeze;
• a materially different implementation objective, source, architecture, or environment;
• FalseGreen implementing the repair unless expressly included;
• unlimited attempts, elapsed time, or Customer-caused environment recovery; or
• a guarantee that the Job will reach Accepted.

A repair that changes the acceptance target requires an explicit amendment or a new Job.

8. Completion

The Job is complete when FalseGreen performs the agreed verification work and issues the agreed result and Deliverables.

Completion is not conditioned on:

• an Accepted result;
• every check passing;
• successful deployment;
• Customer choosing to merge, release, deploy, use, or retain the implementation;
• absence of findings or evidence gaps; or
• a business or technical outcome outside the frozen scope.

9. Explicit Exclusions

Unless the frozen FalseGreen Job Scope Record expressly states otherwise, the Job does not include:

• implementation, deployment, production operation, or ongoing maintenance of Customer software;
• a codebase-wide rewrite, review, certification, or warranty;
• comprehensive security, penetration, red-team, privacy, regulatory, or compliance auditing;
• model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, or certification;
• verification of changes made after the observed source or artifact state;
• work outside the frozen requirements and evidence boundary;
• a guarantee that every defect, vulnerability, failure, or harmful behavior will be found;
• a guarantee of an Accepted result; or
• a guarantee of successful production operation.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customer will:

1. provide accurate requirements, constraints, acceptance criteria, and technical information;
2. provide lawful and appropriate access to the required source, artifacts, systems, environments, and evidence;
3. maintain backups, version control, rollback procedures, and operational safeguards;
4. identify material dependencies, restrictions, and production assumptions;
5. confirm the exact FalseGreen Job Scope Record;
6. preserve or identify the implementation state presented for verification;
7. promptly disclose material changes to the source, configuration, environment, or requirements; and
8. make the final decision to merge, release, deploy, operate, or rely on the implementation.

FalseGreen is not responsible for delay, incomplete performance, or inaccurate conclusions to the extent caused by incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, unavailable, or untimely Customer information, access, environments, or cooperation.

11. Automation and AI-Assisted Tools

FalseGreen may use employees, contractors, software, automation, internal tooling, coding agents, foundation models, and other AI-assisted tools in performing the Job.

FalseGreen remains responsible for the contracted verification work. FalseGreen will not knowingly disclose Customer Confidential Information to an external service except as reasonably necessary to perform the Services and subject to appropriate confidentiality, security, or data-handling protections.

Any Customer-approved restriction on an external tool or technical service must be agreed before the FalseGreen Job Scope Record is confirmed. If a required restriction materially affects feasibility, scope, timing, or fees, the parties may revise the proposed scope. If FalseGreen cannot reasonably perform the Job under that restriction, the applicable scope-declination terms apply.

12. Scope Changes

The frozen FalseGreen Job Scope Record controls the work. FalseGreen is not required to perform work outside that scope.

A new objective, repository, materially changed source, environment, requirement, acceptance criterion, or evidence boundary is new scope even if related to the original Job.

13. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

The Agreement governs ownership, licenses, Customer Materials, FalseGreen Materials, confidentiality, and permitted use of Deliverables.

Customer retains responsibility for rights and permissions in the source, artifacts, data, environments, models, tools, and other Customer Materials presented for the Job.

14. Warranties, Liability, and Agreement Controls

The Agreement governs warranties, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and other general legal terms.

Independent verification is a bounded, evidence-based engineering activity. It is not an accredited certification, regulatory certification, legal opinion, warranty, absolute correctness guarantee, or promise that no future defect or failure will occur.

Except where this Service Order expressly modifies a provision of the Agreement, the Agreement controls.

15. Electronic Acceptance

Any checkout or electronic ordering process for this Service Order must require an affirmative acceptance control identifying both governing documents. The required control will state substantially:

I have authority to bind the business and agree to the FalseGreen Engineering Services Agreement v1.0 and FalseGreen Job Service Order v1.0.

The control must be unchecked by default or otherwise require an equivalent affirmative action. Both documents must be linked and available to Customer before acceptance. FalseGreen will record the accepted Agreement version and Service Order version with the transaction.

The FalseGreen Job Scope Record is separately confirmed under Section 3.3 and must remain reliably associated with the Job.
