FalseGreen Production Rescue Service Order

Version 1.0 — August 22, 2026

This Production Rescue Service Order (“Service Order”) is entered into between StableThread, Inc., doing business as FalseGreen (“FalseGreen”) and the business identified as Customer at checkout (“Customer”).

This Service Order incorporates the FalseGreen Engineering Services Agreement, Version 1.0 (“Agreement”).

Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Agreement.

1. Service

Customer is purchasing one Production Rescue engagement.

Production Rescue is a rapid, fixed-scope engineering diagnostic engagement intended to investigate one defined production problem or materially related failure condition and provide Customer with technical findings and recommended next steps.

It is not an incident-response retainer, managed-service engagement, or guaranteed repair service.

2. Fee and Payment

Total fixed fee: USD $2,500.

The full $2,500 fee is due at checkout before scope confirmation or Substantive Performance begins.

No recurring subscription or ongoing commitment is created by this Service Order.

Any additional work requires a separate or amended Service Order.

3. Scope Confirmation

3.1 Intake

After purchase, Customer will provide information reasonably necessary to evaluate and define the engagement, which may include:

  • a description of the production problem;
  • observed symptoms and business impact;
  • relevant repository or code location;
  • logs, traces, metrics, screenshots, or error output;
  • build and reproduction instructions;
  • relevant deployment or infrastructure information;
  • recent changes reasonably suspected to be related; and
  • appropriate technical access.

3.2 Production Rescue Scope Confirmation

FalseGreen will perform a limited suitability review to determine whether the proposed problem is appropriate for Production Rescue.

FalseGreen will then prepare a final Production Rescue Scope Confirmation identifying, as applicable:

  • the principal production problem being investigated;
  • the primary system, service, repository, or component;
  • relevant environment or version information;
  • known constraints;
  • available evidence and access;
  • any authorized production access; and
  • material scope-specific exclusions.

The Scope Confirmation will contain a version, date, immutable identifier, or other unique identifier sufficient to distinguish it from any other scope record.

3.3 Customer Confirmation Required

Customer must affirmatively confirm the final Production Rescue Scope Confirmation electronically before Substantive Performance begins.

Customer may confirm through an explicit web approval control, electronic signature, or a clear affirmative email response identifying or referring to the exact Scope Confirmation.

Mere delivery of Customer Materials, credentials, participation in discussions, or silence does not constitute confirmation.

Once Customer confirms it, the Production Rescue Scope Confirmation becomes part of this Service Order and defines the technical scope of the engagement.

FalseGreen will preserve the Scope Confirmation, its identifying information, Customer's confirmation, and the confirmation timestamp in accordance with the Agreement.

Any later material amendment to the confirmed scope must likewise be affirmatively agreed electronically and preserved as part of the engagement record.

3.4 Declined Scope

If FalseGreen declines the engagement during scope confirmation before Substantive Performance begins, Customer will receive a full $2,500 refund.

No payment-processing or administrative fee will be deducted when FalseGreen declines the scope.

If FalseGreen proposes a materially revised scope and Customer does not accept it before Substantive Performance begins, Customer will receive the same full refund.

4. Included Work

Subject to the confirmed scope, Production Rescue includes a commercially reasonable rapid investigation that may include:

  1. review of relevant Customer Materials;
  2. examination of logs, traces, metrics, error output, code, configuration, or deployment information;
  3. attempts to reproduce the reported behavior where reasonably practicable;
  4. technical investigation intended to identify or narrow likely causes;
  5. examination of materially related code or system interactions where necessary to understand the scoped problem;
  6. evaluation of available evidence supporting or contradicting likely causes;
  7. identification of material limitations or unresolved questions; and
  8. preparation of the Deliverables described below.

FalseGreen chooses the investigative techniques reasonably appropriate to the problem.

The fact that FalseGreen reviews a related component while tracing the problem does not expand the engagement into a review of that component generally.

5. Deliverables

FalseGreen will provide a written Production Rescue Findings deliverable containing, as reasonably applicable:

  • the confirmed scope;
  • the production symptom or failure condition investigated;
  • material evidence reviewed;
  • reproduction status;
  • technical findings;
  • identified root cause, if established;
  • likely or candidate causes where a definitive root cause cannot be established;
  • material assumptions and limitations;
  • immediate containment or risk-reduction recommendations, where appropriate;
  • prioritized remediation recommendations; and
  • recommended next technical steps.

FalseGreen may include illustrative code, configuration examples, tests, commands, or other technical material where useful to explain a finding or recommendation.

Unless expressly added to the confirmed scope, those materials are recommendations and do not constitute implementation of a production fix.

6. Target Service Window

The target service window is one to two business days after:

  1. Customer has affirmatively confirmed the Production Rescue Scope Confirmation;
  2. required payment has cleared;
  3. FalseGreen has received the Customer Materials reasonably necessary to begin; and
  4. required access is operational.

This is a good-faith target, not a guaranteed restoration time, response-time SLA, or completion deadline.

The target may be affected by technical complexity, inability to reproduce the problem, Customer delays, access problems, third-party systems, build problems, environment availability, or newly discovered technical constraints.

7. Explicit Exclusions

Unless the confirmed scope expressly states otherwise, Production Rescue does not include:

  • guaranteed identification of a root cause;
  • guaranteed restoration of production service;
  • implementation of remediation;
  • writing or deploying a complete production fix;
  • direct deployment to Production Systems;
  • ongoing incident command;
  • 24/7 availability or on-call support;
  • continuous monitoring after delivery;
  • codebase-wide review;
  • comprehensive architecture review;
  • comprehensive security review;
  • penetration testing or red-team activity;
  • regulatory or compliance audit;
  • accredited certification or attestation;
  • digital forensics;
  • data-recovery services;
  • legal or regulatory incident-response advice;
  • support obligations for third-party vendors;
  • performance or load testing except where specifically included as part of the confirmed diagnostic scope; or
  • investigation of unrelated defects discovered during the engagement.

FalseGreen may identify excluded work as a recommendation for a separate engagement.

8. Production Access and Changes

Production Rescue does not authorize FalseGreen to modify or deploy to Production Systems by default.

Read-only access should be used where reasonably sufficient.

Any action that would modify Production Systems, production data, infrastructure, deployment state, configuration, or other live operational state requires separate written Customer authorization that clearly identifies the authorized action.

Customer remains responsible for backups, rollback capability, operational approvals, deployment decisions, and final control of Production Systems as provided by the Agreement.

9. No Guaranteed Outcome

Production Rescue is complete when FalseGreen performs the agreed investigation and delivers the agreed Deliverables.

Completion is not conditioned on FalseGreen:

  • reproducing the problem;
  • identifying a definitive root cause;
  • finding a defect;
  • repairing the system;
  • providing a deployable fix;
  • eliminating the incident;
  • identifying every contributing condition; or
  • reaching a conclusion Customer expected.

An inconclusive result supported by the investigation, evidence, limitations, and recommended next steps may constitute a completed Deliverable.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customer will:

  1. identify one principal problem for the engagement;
  2. provide complete and materially accurate information reasonably available regarding that problem;
  3. provide required access promptly;
  4. identify known operational restrictions and sensitive environments;
  5. maintain appropriate backups, snapshots, recovery procedures, and rollback capability;
  6. provide a technical contact reasonably capable of answering scope-related questions; and
  7. disclose material changes to the affected systems made during the investigation.

FalseGreen is not responsible for delay or reduced diagnostic confidence caused by missing, inaccurate, stale, or materially changing Customer information or environments.

11. Changes During the Engagement

If investigation establishes that the reported problem materially differs from the confirmed scope, FalseGreen may:

  • continue investigating the original confirmed scope;
  • propose a scope amendment for Customer's affirmative electronic approval;
  • recommend a separate engagement; or
  • stop work where continuing would be technically inappropriate.

No material expansion or substitution of the confirmed problem becomes part of the engagement merely because it was discussed.

A material scope amendment becomes effective only when affirmatively agreed as required by the Agreement.

Discovery of multiple independent defects or unrelated production problems does not convert this Service Order into an unlimited incident-response engagement.

12. Review and Clarification

The five-business-day review period in Section 5.3 of the Agreement applies.

During that review period, Customer may request reasonable clarification of the delivered findings.

Clarification does not include new investigation, implementation work, investigation of a new symptom, analysis of materially changed code, or expansion of the confirmed scope.

13. Refund and Cancellation Rules

The refund and cancellation provisions of the Agreement apply.

For clarity:

  • if FalseGreen declines the engagement during scope confirmation before Substantive Performance, Customer receives a full $2,500 refund;
  • if Customer cancels before Substantive Performance, Section 6.3 of the Agreement applies; and
  • after Substantive Performance begins, the $2,500 fee is non-refundable except as expressly provided by the Agreement.

14. No Third-Party Certification or Reliance

The Production Rescue Findings are engineering work prepared for Customer.

Customer may use the Deliverables for its own business and may share them with its employees, contractors, professional advisers, insurers, or other persons assisting Customer, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Customer may not represent the Deliverables as a FalseGreen certification, warranty, regulatory approval, accredited audit, or guarantee of the Customer system.

No third party acquires rights against FalseGreen by receiving or reviewing the Deliverables.

15. Agreement Controls

Except where this Service Order expressly modifies a provision of the Agreement, the Agreement controls.

In particular, the Agreement's provisions concerning:

  • fixed scope;
  • scope confirmation evidence;
  • production authority;
  • Customer backups and operational responsibility;
  • confidentiality;
  • intellectual property;
  • warranties and disclaimers;
  • no certification or attestation;
  • limitation of liability;
  • indemnification;
  • dispute resolution; and
  • electronic acceptance

apply to this Service Order.

16. Electronic Checkout Acceptance

Self-service checkout for this Service Order requires an affirmative acceptance control identifying both governing documents.

The required checkbox or equivalent control will state substantially:

I have authority to bind the business and agree to the FalseGreen Engineering Services Agreement v1.0 and Production Rescue Service Order v1.0.

The control must be unchecked by default or otherwise require an equivalent affirmative action.

Both documents must be linked and available to Customer before acceptance.

FalseGreen will record the accepted Agreement version and Service Order version with the transaction.

The later Production Rescue Scope Confirmation requires a separate affirmative Customer confirmation under Section 3.3 before Substantive Performance begins.
