FalseGreen AI Code Production Readiness Audit Service Order

Version 1.0 — August 22, 2026

This AI Code Production Readiness Audit Service Order (“Service Order”) is entered into between StableThread, Inc., doing business as FalseGreen (“FalseGreen”) and the business identified as Customer at checkout (“Customer”).

This Service Order incorporates the FalseGreen Engineering Services Agreement, Version 1.0 (“Agreement”).

Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Agreement.

1. Service

Customer is purchasing one AI Code Production Readiness Audit.

The Audit is a fixed-scope professional engineering engagement in which FalseGreen independently examines and verifies a specifically defined body of AI-generated or AI-assisted software work against its intended production requirements and identifies material production-readiness issues within the agreed scope.

The Audit is not a codebase-wide certification that the software is correct, secure, safe, compliant, defect-free, or suitable for every production environment.

2. Fee and Payment

Total fixed fee: USD $5,000.

The full $5,000 fee is due at checkout before scope confirmation or Substantive Performance begins.

No recurring subscription or ongoing commitment is created by this Service Order.

Any remediation, expanded audit, rerun against materially changed code, or additional work requires a separate or amended Service Order.

3. Scope Confirmation and Scope Freeze

3.1 Intake

After purchase, Customer will provide information reasonably necessary to define the Audit, which may include:

  • repository or source location;
  • branch, commit, tag, pull request, patch, or other source identifier;
  • the AI-generated or AI-assisted work to be examined;
  • the engineering task or intended outcome;
  • material requirements and acceptance conditions;
  • relevant tests;
  • build instructions;
  • runtime or infrastructure information;
  • relevant external services or dependencies;
  • known limitations;
  • production constraints; and
  • appropriate technical access.

3.2 Audit Scope Record

FalseGreen will prepare a final Audit Scope Record before Substantive Performance begins.

The Audit Scope Record will identify, as reasonably applicable:

  1. the repository or codebase;
  2. the branch, commit, pull request, patch, task, subsystem, or other bounded work being audited;
  3. the intended engineering outcome;
  4. material requirements or acceptance conditions against which the work will be evaluated;
  5. relevant environments or assumptions;
  6. available evidence;
  7. significant known dependencies;
  8. external-tool or AI-tool restrictions, if any; and
  9. material scope-specific exclusions.

The Audit Scope Record will identify itself by version, date, immutable identifier, cryptographic hash, or another reasonably reliable unique identifier.

3.3 Customer Confirmation Required

Customer must affirmatively confirm the final Audit Scope Record electronically before Substantive Performance begins.

Customer may confirm through an explicit web approval control, electronic signature, or a clear affirmative email response identifying or referring to the exact Audit Scope Record.

Mere delivery of Customer Materials, credentials, participation in discussions, or silence does not constitute confirmation.

Only after Customer affirmatively confirms the Audit Scope Record does it become part of this Service Order and establish the technical scope against which the Audit will be performed.

FalseGreen will preserve:

  • the confirmed Audit Scope Record;
  • its identifier or version;
  • Customer's affirmative confirmation;
  • the confirmation timestamp; and
  • any later mutually agreed amendment

in accordance with the Agreement.

3.4 Fixed Source State

Where practicable, the Audit will be tied to a specific commit, revision, artifact, patch, or other reproducible source state.

Code changes made after that state is frozen are outside the Audit unless FalseGreen expressly proposes and Customer affirmatively agrees to a scope amendment.

A later change to the audited code may invalidate, alter, or limit the continuing relevance of an earlier finding or verification result.

3.5 Declined or Unagreed Scope

If FalseGreen determines during scope confirmation that the proposed Audit is unsuitable, materially larger than the service reasonably supports, technically infeasible, or subject to restrictions under which FalseGreen cannot reasonably perform it, FalseGreen may decline the engagement before Substantive Performance begins.

In that case, Customer will receive a full refund of the $5,000 paid at checkout, with no deduction for payment-processing or administrative charges.

If FalseGreen proposes a materially revised scope and Customer does not affirmatively accept it before Substantive Performance begins, Customer receives the same full $5,000 refund.

4. Included Audit Work

Subject to the confirmed Audit Scope Record, FalseGreen will perform an independent technical examination reasonably designed to evaluate whether the scoped work satisfies its stated production requirements.

Depending on the scope, the Audit may include:

  1. review of the scoped source code and materially necessary surrounding context;
  2. examination of stated requirements, acceptance criteria, or intended behavior;
  3. review of relevant tests and existing evidence;
  4. independent reproduction or execution of relevant behavior where reasonably practicable;
  5. independent test creation or targeted technical checks where appropriate;
  6. build, test, static-analysis, runtime, integration, or failure-path analysis where relevant;
  7. use of FalseGreen verification methods or verification artifacts where technically applicable;
  8. examination of assumptions relied upon by the implementation;
  9. analysis of error handling and failure behavior;
  10. analysis of state transitions, consistency, or recovery behavior where relevant;
  11. analysis of concurrency, boundary conditions, or integration behavior where relevant;
  12. examination of production-operational assumptions reasonably material to the scoped task;
  13. identification of material defects, unsupported claims, missing evidence, or production-readiness risks found within the scope; and
  14. preparation of the Deliverables described below.

Not every technique listed above will be appropriate or necessary for every Audit. FalseGreen selects methods based on the confirmed scope and available evidence.

5. Deliverables

FalseGreen will provide an AI Code Production Readiness Audit Report containing, as reasonably applicable:

5.1 Scope and Provenance

  • the audited repository, revision, patch, pull request, artifact, or other source identity;
  • the work or engineering objective audited;
  • material requirements or acceptance criteria;
  • material assumptions;
  • relevant environment or toolchain information; and
  • the boundaries of the Audit.

5.2 Methods and Evidence

  • material verification methods used;
  • relevant tests, commands, checks, observations, or evidence;
  • material limitations in the available evidence; and
  • unresolved conditions that affected the Audit.

5.3 Findings

Each material finding may include:

  • the affected requirement or behavior;
  • technical evidence;
  • production significance;
  • reproducibility or confidence information where appropriate;
  • recommended remediation or next step; and
  • any relevant limitation or dependency.

FalseGreen may categorize findings using practical engineering classifications such as Blocking, Material, or Advisory.

Those labels are engineering prioritization labels and are not regulatory, legal, insurance, or safety classifications.

5.4 Scope-Limited Readiness Conclusion

The Audit may include an overall scope-limited conclusion such as:

  • No material production blocker identified within the audited scope;
  • Material production-readiness issue or blocker identified; or
  • Inconclusive — available evidence was insufficient to establish the scoped result.

A conclusion that no material blocker was identified means only that FalseGreen did not identify such a blocker within the exact audited scope, source state, assumptions, environment, methods, and evidence.

It does not certify the complete application or system.

5.5 Verification Artifacts

Where technically appropriate and reasonably supported by the scope, FalseGreen may provide supporting verification output, test artifacts, provenance, or other technical evidence.

The absence of a particular FalseGreen-generated artifact does not make the Audit incomplete if the agreed Audit work and Deliverables were otherwise performed.

6. Target Service Window

The target service window is three to five business days after:

  1. Customer has affirmatively confirmed the Audit Scope Record;
  2. the full $5,000 payment has cleared;
  3. FalseGreen has received the Customer Materials reasonably necessary to begin; and
  4. required technical access is operational.

This is a good-faith target and not a guaranteed deadline.

Timing may be affected by build complexity, environment preparation, reproducibility, Customer delays, third-party systems, dependency failures, large or unusual code paths, or other technical constraints.

7. Explicit Exclusions

Unless the Audit Scope Record expressly states otherwise, the Audit does not include:

  • audit of the entire Customer codebase;
  • review of code outside the confirmed scope except where limited context is necessary to evaluate the scoped work;
  • guaranteed discovery of every defect or vulnerability;
  • comprehensive application-security audit;
  • penetration testing;
  • red-team activity;
  • threat modeling of the entire system;
  • dependency or supply-chain audit of all third-party software;
  • regulatory compliance audit;
  • privacy compliance audit;
  • safety certification;
  • security certification;
  • legal opinion;
  • insurance or underwriting opinion;
  • accredited attestation;
  • comprehensive performance or load testing;
  • complete architecture review;
  • deployment to Production Systems;
  • production monitoring;
  • remediation or implementation of fixes;
  • verification of code changes made after the frozen source state;
  • guarantee that the code was or was not generated by a particular AI system;
  • forensic determination of AI authorship or provenance; or
  • guarantee of successful production operation.

The term “Audit” in this Service Order describes a scoped technical engineering review and does not imply an accredited, regulatory, financial, security, compliance, or safety audit.

8. AI-Generated or AI-Assisted Scope

Customer is responsible for identifying the work it wants audited.

FalseGreen does not represent that it can independently determine whether particular code was authored by a human, generated by AI, or produced through a mixed workflow.

The service evaluates the scoped engineering result; it does not authenticate authorship unless an explicit provenance question is separately included in the Audit Scope Record.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customer will:

  1. identify the bounded work to be audited;
  2. provide the intended engineering objective and materially relevant requirements;
  3. provide a reproducible source state where reasonably practicable;
  4. provide accurate build, test, and execution instructions reasonably available to Customer;
  5. disclose material environment or deployment assumptions;
  6. provide required access promptly;
  7. identify external-tool or AI-tool restrictions before Substantive Performance begins;
  8. notify FalseGreen of material changes to the audited source during the engagement; and
  9. provide a technical contact reasonably capable of answering scope questions.

FalseGreen is not responsible for reduced Audit coverage or inaccurate conclusions to the extent caused by materially incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or unavailable Customer information.

10. No Guaranteed Green Result

Customer is purchasing an independent engineering examination, not a favorable result.

The Audit is complete when FalseGreen performs the agreed work and delivers the agreed Deliverables.

Completion is not conditioned on:

  • the code passing every check;
  • FalseGreen concluding that the code is production-ready;
  • absence of findings;
  • successful verification of every requirement;
  • a “green” result;
  • successful remediation;
  • Customer deciding to deploy; or
  • Customer agreeing with FalseGreen's engineering conclusions.

A report identifying serious defects, rejecting claimed readiness, or documenting an inability to establish a result may be a fully completed Audit.

11. No Certification, Guarantee, or Complete Assurance

The Audit provides scoped technical evidence and engineering judgment.

It does not constitute a warranty or certification that:

  • the audited code is free of defects;
  • the larger application is secure;
  • the system will not fail in production;
  • all failure modes have been identified;
  • every integration behaves as assumed;
  • the software complies with law or regulation;
  • the system satisfies a formal safety standard;
  • the code is suitable for every use case; or
  • future changes will preserve the audited result.

Customer remains responsible for its own production, security, compliance, deployment, operational, and business decisions.

12. Remediation and Re-Audit

Remediation is not included in the fixed Audit fee unless expressly stated in the Audit Scope Record.

FalseGreen may recommend remediation or identify changes necessary before production use.

If Customer changes the audited code and wants FalseGreen to verify the revised state, that work requires a separate or amended Service Order unless FalseGreen expressly agrees otherwise.

No obligation to perform a free re-audit arises merely because the Audit identifies a defect.

The Agreement's limited correction/reperformance remedy still applies if FalseGreen itself materially fails to perform the contracted Audit work.

13. Upfront Payment and Delivery

The full $5,000 fixed fee is paid at checkout.

No additional balance becomes due merely because the Audit is completed, and FalseGreen does not condition final delivery on payment of a second installment.

FalseGreen will deliver the final contracted Deliverables upon completion of the Audit.

An unfavorable finding, blocking finding, inconclusive result, or disagreement with FalseGreen's engineering conclusion does not create a right to a refund or reduce the agreed fee.

14. Cancellation and Refunds

The cancellation and refund provisions of the Agreement apply.

For clarity:

  • if FalseGreen declines the engagement during scope confirmation before Substantive Performance begins, the entire $5,000 payment is refunded without deduction for payment-processing or administrative charges;
  • if FalseGreen proposes a materially revised scope and Customer does not accept it before Substantive Performance begins, the entire $5,000 payment is refunded;
  • if Customer cancels before Substantive Performance begins, Section 6.3 of the Agreement applies;
  • once Substantive Performance begins, the $5,000 payment is non-refundable except as expressly provided by the Agreement; and
  • completion of an Audit with an unfavorable, blocking, or inconclusive result does not create a refund right.

15. Customer Use and Third-Party Reliance

Subject to full payment, Customer may use the Audit Deliverables for its internal business purposes and may share them with:

  • Customer personnel;
  • Customer contractors working on the system;
  • legal or professional advisers;
  • insurers;
  • auditors or other advisers evaluating Customer; or
  • other persons who reasonably need the information for Customer's internal business purposes,

provided that appropriate confidentiality protections apply where the Deliverables contain Confidential Information.

Customer may not, without FalseGreen's written consent:

  • describe the Audit as an accredited or regulatory certification;
  • state that FalseGreen guarantees the Customer product;
  • state that FalseGreen has certified the complete Customer codebase or system;
  • materially alter a FalseGreen conclusion while attributing the altered conclusion to FalseGreen; or
  • authorize an unrelated third party to rely on the Audit as if FalseGreen had undertaken an independent professional duty to that third party.

No third party acquires rights against FalseGreen merely by receiving, reviewing, or relying on an Audit Deliverable.

16. Agreement Controls

Except where this Service Order expressly modifies a provision of the Agreement, the Agreement controls.

In particular, the Agreement's provisions concerning:

  • fixed scope;
  • scope-confirmation evidence;
  • production authority;
  • Customer backups and operational responsibility;
  • confidentiality;
  • AI-assisted tools and data handling;
  • intellectual property;
  • warranties and disclaimers;
  • no certification or attestation;
  • limitation of liability;
  • indemnification;
  • dispute resolution; and
  • electronic acceptance

apply to this Service Order.

17. Electronic Checkout Acceptance

Self-service checkout for this Service Order requires an affirmative acceptance control identifying both governing documents.

The required checkbox or equivalent control will state substantially:

I have authority to bind the business and agree to the FalseGreen Engineering Services Agreement v1.0 and AI Code Production Readiness Audit Service Order v1.0.

The control must be unchecked by default or otherwise require an equivalent affirmative action.

Both documents must be linked and available to Customer before acceptance.

FalseGreen will record the accepted Agreement version and Service Order version with the transaction.

The later Audit Scope Record requires a separate affirmative Customer confirmation under Section 3.3 before Substantive Performance begins.
